Analysis and Research on the High-Quality Development of Specialized Functional Counties in Guizhou provided by Green Development Strategy Research Institute of Western China, Guizhou University of Finance and Economics reviews the development progress of 88 counties (cities and districts) in Guizhou, conducts in-depth field research in 16 counties, analyzes problems, summarizes experiences, and proposes that specialized functional counties should be a crucial lever for promoting quality development of county-level economy and a modern industrial system. The report received remarks six times from government leaders including Li Bingjun, Governor of Guizhou Province, and won the first prize in 2023 Outputs of Major Issue Investigation and Research by Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee.
